The Waters Edge apartment complex is designed to take advantage of its unique waterfront location.  It combines the very best in spacious, secure apartment living with both panoramic views of the Avon and Heathcote Estuary and views of the Port Hills. 

Waters Edge is a substantial contemporary building, constructed from durable materials. External finishes are aggregate-finished reinforced concrete panels, with white concrete balcony projections, and zinc sheet cladding to the penthouse walls. Where possible, external paint has been avoided to minimise ongoing building maintenance. The result is a neutral palette of materials which provides a visual calmness against the backdrop of both hills and water.

Each apartment is accessed from a glazed atrium which runs the full height of the building, and offers constant views throughout the arrival sequence. With integrated secure basement car parking, and only two apartments served per floor in each atrium, high levels of efficiency, privacy and exclusivity are assured.

Penthouse apartments have double height living-dining areas with contiguous large balconies, providing the city’s most voluminous apartment spaces and spectacular water views.
