The development consists of a five storey residential apartment building comprising of 60 apartments, with ground level carparking. There are two internal lift/stair cores serving each level with a breezeway setoff the building, bridging back to each apartment.
The building is visually divided by two anchor blocks at the ends and a central block which is dressed with a breezeway. The mass is visually divided into three blocks through vertical articulation and effective use of alternating balconies.
The exterior circulation has vertical expressed structure to modulate its length and respond to the vertical balcony structure. A visual separation into 2 blocks is created with a different tone of materials, a recess in the central bridge and removing the central section of roof.
Screening elements are offset to create a sense of movement, with their depth and profiles varied.
