The brief was to masterplan and design new facilities to comprehensively enhance and develop one of New Zealand’s premier golf courses.
The resort has been conceptualised as a ‘green oasis’ which will be a true destination both nationally and internationally. The central aspiration for the project was to generate the first true medium-scale international resort in New Zealand by combining the best in international thinking with a unique local identity.
The complex will be a unique, beautifully made environment - a place to discover sequentially, a place of remarkable built and open spaces, exquisite landscaping, water experiences as well as the very best in accommodation, fitness, dining and outdoor life.
