The 80-apartment building form consists of a single five storey block set between College Road and Scoria Crescent. The building length is split with three solid circulation blocks and vertical blade walls which also provide legibility to the access points and the individual apartment blocks.

The individual apartment design integrates simple features which provide a high level of amenity to the occupant and future occupants of the complex. The apartment layouts are split into two main typologies – dual-aspect apartments and double loaded apartments. The dual-aspect typology, consisting of two central blocks, provides for cross-apartment ventilation, views and natural light to both bedrooms and living areas. The double loaded typology provides for either an Eastern or Western aspect.
