Shannon joined Warren and Mahoney in 2002 as a Design Architect and was made a Principal in 2010.
The foundation of Shannon’s design philosophy seeks to explore social and cultural diversity, and how it can be represented and integrated into architecture. As a Design Architect he enjoys taking ownership for the full project and building strong relationships with his clients. His work transgresses a wide variety of projects with design that is durable and focused for the next generation. He has a great appreciation for architecture from the past and adds this to edgy inter-generational designs for the future.
If it’s working on urban design or architecture, Shannon takes a holistic view from social and cultural aspects to fully understand the client, site and building integrating architecture, landscape and open space, creating a desired environment for people to live in.
Shannon believes architecture is the detail that compliments style and appropriateness for an occasion, whether it is business, living, entertainment or development for future growth. His designs add vibrancy to a city that is appreciated at from an emotional and visual point of view. Designs that embrace the city and become an integral part of it.
