Principal ChristchurchPhil has been with Warren and Mahoney since 2005 and was made a Principal in 2008. Phil’s experience includes leading design and documentation work on some of New Zealand’s most significant health and retail projects. He likes to engage in a holistic role of design, documentation, and contract administration to be the complete project champion.
Phil excels in the Health sector, solving problems and working effectively with a variety of stakeholders to get the desired result. He values the importance of creating an environment that encompasses efficiency with workflow through individual rooms.
Phil brings a strong empathy with client and user needs, strong skills in facilitation, documentation and teamwork and a wide knowledge and ability on a variety of project types.
