Phil Grey

Phil has been with Warren and Mahoney since 2005 and was made a Principal in 2008. Phil’s experience includes leading design and documentation work on some of New Zealand’s most significant health and retail projects.  He likes to engage in a holistic role of design, documentation, and contract administration to be the complete project champion. 

Health is specialty area that Phil excels in, solving problems and working with a variety of people to get the desired result.  |It is important to create an environment that encompasses efficiency with workflow through individual rooms.  

The challenge of creating a building with functionality for a diverse group of occupants but have outside appeal stands at the forefront of health architecture.  The robust and timeless designs of Warren and Mahoney meet this challenge with their passion for all components of design to push the boundaries and be award winners. 

Phil brings to any project a strong empathy with client and user needs, strong skills in facilitation, documentation and teamwork and a wide knowledge and ability on a variety of project types.
