Iain joined Warren and Mahoney in 2002 and was appointed an Associate in 2011. He has 21 years of architectural experience practising both in New Zealand and in the UK where he was accepted as a member of the British Institute of Architectural Technologists. Iain brings an attention to detail to any project that he is involved with and has been a key member in the project team for a number of award winning projects in New Zealand including the new Karori Library in Wellington and Farming House in Hastings. Overseas, Iain played a leading role in the development of an exciting new 100,000m2 retail development in Kuching, Malaysia. He has also developed an expertise in environmentally sustainable design which has helped maintain Warren and Mahoney’s position at the forefront of this field in New Zealand. Recently Iain’s focus has been on the documentation of the new integrated terminal at Christchurch International Airport and has recently been appointed to the role of Project Architect for small works at the University of Canterbury.
