After a short but extremely intense selection programme, Warren and Mahoney, as part of a consortium, has been chosen to work within the Christchurch Central Development Unit (CCDU) of the Canterbury Earthquake Recovery Authority (CERA) on the delivery of the Blueprint for Christchurch’s central city development.
The consortium isled by Boffa Miskell and includes core representatives from Warren and Mahoney, Populous, Woods Bagot, Sheppard and Rout, and RCP. Together the consortium is a formidable team with local, national and international experience and will work hard to create the blueprint for the new Christchurch, a city for future generations.
The blueprint for the central city will provide a clear direction for implementing the Recovery Plan for Christchurch. It will provide certainty for the location and development of anchor projects and precincts within the four avenues. Warren and Mahoney is proud to be a part of this significant design-led project for the rebuild of Christchurch.
The Blueprint is scheduled to be presented publically on Friday 27 July 2012.
