We are seeking a Senior Interior Designer with a passion for Workplace Design to join our Wellington studio.

Senior Interior Designer

We are seeking a talented Senior Interior Designer with a strong focus on workplace design to join our Wellington studio. 

Successful applicants will have; 

  • Proven experience running high-end interior projects
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating design focus

Your technical skills will be at a high level ideally in Revit. You will hold a recognised tertiary qualification in Interior Design with significant practice experience.

Graphic Designer

We are seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to join our marketing team in our Auckland studio.

Successful candidates will have at least five years’ experience and formal qualifications in Graphic Design, have energy to take initiatives within brand guidelines, and be confident in their design abilities to work both autonomously and collaboratively within an inspiring team environment.

This role will include working within the marketing team to:-

  • Design and implement marketing and communications collateral, both print and digital
  • Coordinate, plan and schedule design and print work
  • Be responsible for proofing and on-press sign-off of art and print work
  • Maintain digital assets and associated marketing libraries 
  • Create video content
  • Develop and maintain intranet and website
  • Work with internal stakeholders to produce design reports, bid documentation and wayfinding / environmental graphic concepts
  • Maintain social media networks
  • Create and maintain branded templates

To meet this criteria you will have strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite Products particularly InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects. You will have excellent communication, reporting, organisational and time management skills, an exceptional eye for detail, and the ability to work in a self-directed manner. You will have a sound understanding of brand, tone and visual communication, with ability and accuracy to deliver tasks to deadline. We are seeking an experienced Revit technician to join our vibrant Auckland studio.

STUDIO BIM MANAGER

We are seeking a BIM Manager to join our Auckland studio.

Our ideal candidate will have experience in commercial architecture, demonstrating skills in:

  • Coordinating project BIM deliverables, Revit design models and project documentation.
  • Performing regular model audits and reporting to the project team leaders.
  • Coordinating consultant data exchanges of the 3D models, supporting BIM data and associated files.
  • Developing project standards and mentoring the Revit knowledge base and skills within the studio.
  • Delivering front-line technical Revit support, Revit Fundamentals, Intermediate and Advanced training for project teams and Revit Technicians within the studio.
  • Assisting in the resolution of BIM design issues and preparation of sketch design, modelling, construction documentation and detailing on specific projects as required.

The successful applicant will have:

  • Minimum 3+ years Revit (Architectural) project experience.
  • Excellent knowledge in building, creating and maintaining Revit families.
  • Detailed understanding of construction processes, systems and architectural detailing and documentation.
  • Large project experience $50M +
  • Experience with Navisworks, Dynamo and dRofus will also be highly regarded.

  • NZ Architect registration (or will be becoming registered in the next twelve months).
  • Ten or more year’s experience, and possess strong generalist architectural project management and design capabilities.
  • Specific knowledge in the commercial property area incorporating business development skills.
  • The ability to work with developers and leaseholders to demonstrate a vision for ‘best practice’ commercial fitouts.
  • Excellent client relationship management skills.
  • Solid leadership ability that will ensure project team members work well together, sharing their knowledge and skills to meet deadlines.
  • Ideally be proficient in Revit.
