Architectural Graduate

We are seeking an Architectural Graduate to join our centrally located Tauranga studio. We are thrilled to be opening a new door and localising our creative professionalism in the Bay of Plenty region. 

This is a fantastic opportunity to learn and develop skills alongside some of the industry leaders across all disciplines of architecture, and be at the forefront of our emerging presence in Tauranga. Director of Brand and Communications

As a result of significant growth and retaining ‘cutting edge’ marketing strategies, a new role has been created for a Director of Brand and Communications.  The prime responsibility for this role will be to lead the strategic marketing and communications function for the practice with a strong future focus as it continues to grow, applying international best practice and continuous improvement methodologies to ensure the ongoing communication of an iconic brand aligned to the strategic plan. The Director of Brand and Communications will be a key member of the Executive Leadership Team and an ex officio member at relevant Board meetings. 

Key deliverables will include:

  • To investigate and offer strategic direction and management of communications activity as aligned to brand strategy
  • Development of strategy for production and distribution of all external communications and press releases
  • Setting strategic direction on PR and communications activities including leading strategic relationships with key stakeholders on media releases and clips.
  • Manage communication strategy to ensure internal culture, vision and values matches perception of external market.
  • Lead the brand strategy and identity development in collaboration with external advisors.
  • The management of CRM system to facilitate business vision and growth
  • Undertake market research: identifying, analysing and implementing results to grow

We are looking for an authentic and collaborative marketing leader with demonstrated skills and experience in creating and managing strategies to unite processes, technology and analytical information, ideally gained in a professional services entrepreneurial environment in growth mode.  Critical thinking, strong communication and high level research knowledge are pre-requisites to leverage market intelligence in an increasingly competitive market sector. Sound commercial acumen will be essential to identify, develop and manage brand and communication strategies that ensure Warren and Mahoney meets business development strategies and is recognised as a leading Australasian architecture and design practice.

You will be a tertiary qualified marketing leader with a minimum of ten years’ successful brand and communications management experience and a proven ability to translate strategies into viable operational plans. An effective and articulate influencer at Board level, you are able to clearly communicate marketing strategies to stakeholders to build collaborative partnerships at all levels.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manger or Contract Architect to join our busy Christchurch studio.

SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER

Our Christchurch studio is seeking a Senior Project Manager or Contract Architect to work with our Principals on major projects as the city continues to be rebuilt.  This is an opportunity to be adding your skills to architecture that will be appreciated by the public decades ahead.  This is a new role that will give you ownership and responsibility for success.

Skills and abilities needed to be successful in this role:

  • 10+ years of project experience in delivering buildings
  • Experience in the architectural, engineering or project management sectors
  • Experience with administering contracts
  • Strong oral and written communication skills for clarity when appointing, negotiating and managing teams.

We are seeking an experienced Revit technician to join our vibrant Auckland studio.

STUDIO BIM MANAGER

We are seeking a BIM Manager to join our Auckland studio.

Our ideal candidate will have experience in commercial architecture, demonstrating skills in:

  • Coordinating project BIM deliverables, Revit design models and project documentation.
  • Performing regular model audits and reporting to the project team leaders.
  • Coordinating consultant data exchanges of the 3D models, supporting BIM data and associated files.
  • Developing project standards and mentoring the Revit knowledge base and skills within the studio.
  • Delivering front-line technical Revit support, Revit Fundamentals, Intermediate and Advanced training for project teams and Revit Technicians within the studio.
  • Assisting in the resolution of BIM design issues and preparation of sketch design, modelling, construction documentation and detailing on specific projects as required.

The successful applicant will have:

  • Minimum 3+ years Revit (Architectural) project experience.
  • Excellent knowledge in building, creating and maintaining Revit families.
  • Detailed understanding of construction processes, systems and architectural detailing and documentation.
  • Large project experience $50M +
  • Experience with Navisworks, Dynamo and dRofus will also be highly regarded.
